The evening sky was just right to capture the harvest moon rising over the Atlantic Ocean at Surfside Beach, South Carolina. This time exposure photo was taken from under the pier at Surfside Beach with a Sony A77 DSLR and a 55-300 zoom lens.

Welcome to my photo art collection. I have always been interested in photography as a hobby since I was in high school but haven’t turned on the passion until now due to demands of higher priorities in my life. Since retirement, my photography has moved up in priority allowing me to devote more time to learning new techniques through study, experimentation and feedback from viewers. I was born in Worcester MA, raised in a small town called Auburn, just outside of Worcester. Educated in NY and Retired from IBM after 43 yrs of service.
